From arrival to departure, he neither greeted my daughter nor me, nor did he inquire about our stay. "Ive notices that most hitels are going to hard floos or laminate floors. This is a HUGE downfall. They are trying to save time and money and maintenance by getting rid of carpeted fllors. In my opinion carpet is more cozy and provies a comfort and "homey" feelin that hard floors DO NOT!! Carpet is also a better esthetic. The floors in the rooms are cold when you wake up. Take house shouse and shower shoes for this hotel"
