« I stayed at Barefoot Contessa in mid-June 2025. I was holidaying as a solo traveller which I have only done a few times before and so was very anxious leading up to the trip. « The owner was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was situated on the main road of Lassi so easy for walking to the shops and restaurants . It has access to a beach and bar down a track and also a short walk from the main beach in Lassi. We had a fantastic stay for a week and will return again without a doubt. »

« We spent 2 weeks in August at Maria’s. Lovely apartments with beautiful surroundings and a gorgeous view. Apartments were basic but had everything we needed. There is a hairdryer (which isn’t mentioned in the description). Check in was easy, we had a late arrival and were advised in advance of our apartment number beforehand and access instructions. Housekeeping was daily and maids were very friendly. As mentioned previously, it is a steep hill up to the apartments but we found it walkable....
