It comprises an attractive 46 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms with mountain views, a shower room and a 140 m² garden. We're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 46 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc.  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Dining area  
\- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

\- A lovely 140 m² enclosed garden  
\- A 45 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

\- Visit one of the most beautiful villages in France "COLLIOURE",

\- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport, about 30 minutes by car.
