This superb beach front residence offers magnificent views of the evergreen pine forests of Paphos and the deep blue of the Mediterranean. Located in a privileged position, literally 15meters away from the sandy beach of Argaka, this exclusive 4-bedroom villa is truly a unique holiday home gem awaiting to be discovered.  
The ground floor features spacious open plan living room and kitchen area, as well as 2 bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The outdoor space provides an ideal setting for leisure and relaxation with large verandas and private pool surrounded by generous garden area overlooking the sea. The first floor boasts 2 double bedrooms with en-suite facilities and a spacious covered patio with fantastic, uninterrupted ocean views. Modern finishes with best quality materials and a great amount of detail characterise the property.  
  
An extraordinary feature of this property is the basement area with plenty of space for indoors entertainment. The basement area includes a chillout area with gym, pool and football table, as well as laundry and shower/WC room. The additional outdoor dining area on the first floor offers elevated, magnificent sea and sunset views.  
Set in an area of remarkable natural beauty, the modern interior and exterior design of this villa blends harmoniously with the tranquil atmosphere of the surroundings.  
The driveway entrance to the villa is gated and there is ample space for parking several cars.

LOCATION & AREA:  
  
This amazing property is close to the traditional village of Polis and the Latchi strip on the Northern coast of Paphos offering a wide variety of amenitie from traditional bars and pubs to more organic beach bar options, shops, mini markets and an abundance of fish and traditional taverns as well as more contemporary dining options. The beachline from Pomos Village all the way to Afrodite’s Baths in the Akamas National Park, is loaded with both organized and secluded beaches, primarily pebble beaches with crystal clear waters. For the fitter, a walk into the nature trails of the Akamas reserve is highly recommended. For the more adventurous, a boat hire from Latchi and a sea trip to the magnificent blue lagoon. There is horse riding in Lysos on the foothills of the Paphos mountains and go-carting on the outskirts of Polis. Paphos itself is a Unesco Heritage site, a vast archeological area, with remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs. and is also home to a significant number of monasteries which are full of history. Needless to stay, a car hire is highly recommended to enjoy what is a truly diverse, amazing area blessed with history, beautiful nature, tradition, local tastes, and customs.  
The villa benefits from dramatic mountain views to the rear and unobstructed panoramic views of the Mediterranean coastline and Akamas Peninsula to the front.  
  
The villa is equipped throughout with air-conditioning units for both cooling and heating, so the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round. A baby cot, highchair and stair gate can be provided and the villa owner has thoughtfully supplied beach towels and two hairdryers for guests use.  
  
For entertainment, there is an IPTV system that offers hundreds of English channels including premium Sky channels
