Perfetto per visitare Arezzo

Il Residence è subito fuori le mura della città storica, ha un parcheggio gratuito per i clienti. È comodissimo per lasciare l’auto e visitare la città a piedi. Il personale è disponibile e di una squisita gentilezza. L’appartamento è generoso come metratura, letti mediamente comodi, climattIzzatori un entrambe le camere, i treni si sentono ma non disturbano. Assolutamente consigliato!!

Bra boende!

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Nära centrum! Vi hade lägenhet med 2 rum och balkonger, så rymlig för en familj på fyra personer. frukost bestod av juice, hårt bröd med nutella och marmelad samt kakor. Den var okej men kunde varit mer alternativ.

Nice place with kitchen for extended stay.

Full-size, one bedroom apartment in a modern building close to the train station. It’s next to the railroad tracks, but only 2-3 trains came through at night – after the first night we didn’t notice them (stayed there 4 nights). Nice, helpful manager.

Molto vicino ai binari del treno. Il treno si sente ma ad essere sinceri non è fastidioso perchè ci sono dei buoni infissi. Il monolocale è molto ampio. In reception sono gentilissimi.

OK Aparthotel with free parking near central area

Aparthotel with very clean and spacious rooms and adequate facilities, however air conditioning in main room faulty. Room very hot during night and very noisy given overlooks rail line on approach to Arezzo Station. Free parking and very good location to walk into town. Self catering but with free breakfast and juice/water/coffee in room.

La peggior struttura dove sono stato con la mia famiglia..... Alla sera scopri che ogni 5 minuti passa un treno x tutta la notte. Praticamente non si dorme. Pessima scelta.

Residence super e gelsomini in fiore!

Cinque notti in cui sono stata come a casa: stanza ampia (anzi due),tutti i comfort, grande terrazza, disponibilità e simpatia dei gestori (o proprietari) del residence. Ciliegina sulla torta:lunghissima siepe di gelsomini in fiore tutto attorno alla struttura. Unico neo (doveroso accennarlo anche se per me poco importante in quanto uso da sempre i tappi per le orecchie):la vicinanza della stazione ferroviaria, anche se i treni notturni sono pochi.Insomma, voto 10 e in più grazie Simone!

L'appartamento era molto pulito. Il letto era morbido e basso. Qualche accessorio in più nella cucina ( coperchi) non guasterebbe.

Livat från tågen!

Stort rum, bra pris.Rent och fräscht! Jättetrevlig ägare! Men låg i princip på tågspåret. Sov inte en blund på natten. Fler tåg i timmen som dundra förbi och kudden lyfte varje gång. Sen stod personalen från restaurangen och spela fotbollsspel till 1 på natten. Slutade dock när vi sade till.

Gar nicht gut!

Siehe oben: Ich mag Ihr Konzept mit fertig, gekauften "Guetsli" und selbst gekochten Tee oder Kaffee gar nicht. Die Erfahrung war überhaupt nicht gut und der Preis letzten Endes für das, was geboten wurde, zu hoch. Mit freundlichen Grüssen Andreas Weichbrodt
