This single-story house, adjoining your host's property but not overlooked, comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge opening onto a 35 m² terrace, a utility room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies, two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed and the other with two 90x190 cm beds), and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Bed linen, towels, heating (heat pump), and air conditioning are included in the price. Wi-Fi is also available. End-of-stay cleaning is available upon request. 2 reserved parking spaces on the property (secure gate access).
