Personal war sehr engagiert und nett, so das wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Hotel wird auch von vielen Einheimischen die über das Weekend aus Puno zum Ausspannen in die schönen Stadt kommen benutzt. Grundsätzlich ein gutes Zeichen für das Hotel, aber bedeutet halt auch, das es einen eher einfachen Standard hat.
