« First let me say that the host is by far the best honest we’ve ever had. We’ve stayed in several VRBOs over the years and this host was leaps and bounds above all others. The home is much bigger than the pictures show. It’s huge, very inviting and comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here should we ever have another concert to attend nearby. »

« The property is in an amazing location with incredible secluded access to the Red River. It’s a little hike down to the river. But once you are there, it is amazing tranquility. Take your own pillows, sheets and towels. Also, this is a camping like experience. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. This is a place to get away from it all. « Overall, we were very pleased with the house. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice and hot. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Melissa was very responsive when we had questions about the WiFi and the water. There is very little natural light in the house so we had the lights on most of the time. I’d suggest bringing your own water for drinking as the tap water had a weird taste. I appreciated that we had very few checkout “duties” »
