#### Great Value!

This property is a great option if you are trying to save some money. Management provides more than enough amenities to comfortably supply a family of six. There is a spacious backyard for a dog. There are dishes, utensils, cooking supplies, and other necessities to eat in house, and there is plenty of dine-out options near by. The only negative I have about this property is its location. The area is a little run down, but it is within a twenty minutes drive of Lake Murray! Overall, it's a great place to stay for cheap!

#### Horrible stay! Do not stay here.

Arrived to a hot house with the A/C off (87°)! We had a baby in this house and it took over night to cool down to 74°! The shower curtain was covered in soap scum and mildew and hung from a rust covered shower rod. The parkay flooring was loose and warped causing tripping hazards everywhere. The room my 21 month old grandson slept in had a bed with broken slats. I discovered on our last night the fire hazard electrical outlet. Hazardous chemicals including pesticide was left under an unlocked sink. Ovbiously, the pesticide is not used as our precious dog now has fleas for the first time in his life. The barbie size furniture was in the advertised pictures, but certainly did not look that small. I am appalled at the condition of this place! I will never rent from Vacasa again. I've rented many times from different sites and never had such a horrible experience. PLEASE dont lease this place to anyone with children or pets.
