With 5 acres of meadows and 9200sqft of luxury this gorgeous property is perfect for events, weddings, group retreats and family get-togethers. Though the house sleeps 8 there's room for up to 100 day guests!  
  
The open floor plan has the window filled 22 ft ceiling living area with upscale chefs dream kitchen on one side and the dining and bar area with jumbo screen on the other. The kitchen has a huge granite island with bar stools and high-end appliances including 2 Subzero freezers for extra storage. A few minutes away is a beautiful quiet beach on the edge of Lake Murray perfect for swimming, kayaking or just relaxing!

This gorgeous property is about 10 minutes from the sandy beaches at Lake Murray were there's plenty of family fun including swimming, kayaking and ATV trails! The super popular Winstar World Casino and Resort is only 25 minutes away and Dallas is only an hour away!  
  
The i35 North & South and the i70 East & West are all you need to know! Both beautifully landscaped highways are just minutes away and get you quickly to town and all the nearby attractions as there is almost never any traffic!
