The reservation is not confirmed until the booking has been paid for through their credit card processor. The host will cancel if payment is not received within 24 hours. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit cards.\* South Asheville Townhome, with outdoor space, and contemporary design. This 3-bedroom townhome features two king and one queen bedrooms. The unit also provides 1 garage parking space and 2 dedicated parking space behind the townhome. Located in South Asheville, drivable to shopping, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music venues. The Biltmore Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away. This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.
