Upon your arrival, you will enter from the main road in order to park the car inside our property, after crossing the garden you will arrive at the house of your choice and composed as follows: on the ground floor entrance into the living room with kitchenette, area with sofa bed for two people almost completely separated by a double curtain, anteroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with 1/2 bath. Outside, another cooking area for cooking and dining under the stars. You will have: a synthetic rattan lounge, 2 sun loungers, 1 swing and 1 hammock. Upon returning home in the evening, you can take a shower with hot water even outside. If you are a smoker or a smoker, we kindly ask you to do it outdoors, thank you! Elle est très complète et confortable et la terrasse est magnifique avec son petit salon, ses fauteuils, sa douche extérieure, ... Elle est de plus idéalement située pour visiter les 5 Terre, Portovenere, profiter des plages, ... Nous avons pu bénéficier des nombreux conseils et informations des propriétaires et de toutes leurs petites attentions qui nous ont vraiment touchées. Im Erdgeschoss das schicke Esszimmer mit einer kleinen Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit WC. Über die massive Holztreppe gelangt man ins Obergeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern (je ein Doppelbett) und einem zweiten Badezimmer mit WC. Parkplätze am Ferienhaus sind vorhanden. Die Anlage incl. Parkplatz ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet somit auch Schutz vor ungebetenen Gästen. Durch die zentrale Lage des Ferienhauses ist man schnell in den schönsten Regionen Liguriens. Wunderschöne Strände befinden sich z. B. in Lerici oder in Marinella di Sarzana. Im Ort Romito Magra kann man jeden Morgen frische Brötchen kaufen (ab 8 Uhr), eine Pizzeria befindet sich etwa 150 m vom Ferienhaus entfernt (immer gut besucht). Maison très agréable avec terrasse. Logement très propre, très bien aménagé et chaleureux . Nous étions 5 personnes dans la maison et nous avions suffisamment de place.
