The Oleandro apartment is located in a central position in the historic center of the city of Arco, about 50 meters from the Church of Santa Maria Assunta and its splendid square. The apartment is on two levels with availability of a cellar on the ground floor. Access is made directly from Via Ferrera, from an ancient door you enter a courtyard, from where you can access the apartment. The apartment has on the ground floor a private wrapped cellar with lock for storing bicycles and any recharge for e-bikes. The kitchen is modern, equipped with dishwasher, large fridge (with freezer), induction cooker and large rooms for storage of accessories. The kitchen also has a small "peninsula bar" for a pleasant breakfast. The subscale is organized to entertain the little guests with games, books and stuffed animals. A spectacular iron and glass staircase will allow you to access the upper floor. As soon as you get up you will find a large multi-function room that can be used either as a relaxation room or if necessary as a double bedroom thanks to the comfortable presence of a sofa bed, a TV and a large built-in wardrobe. A poggiolo overlooks the underlying access courtyard as well as an enchanting view of the historic center of Arco and Monte Stivo. Also on this floor there is access to a double bedroom and to a bathroom with a floor-level shower and a glass box.
Possibility of parking for car / van in covered garage and closed at about 100 m from the structure, without the need for any reservation at 5 euros / day. Availability on request of two city-bike bicycles for small trips around the apartment.
