As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce it. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. The open living room with the view was perfect and we spent many family dinners here with it's great space while listening to the ocean waves. Love the seclusion of it all but close to everything. The location is unbeatable – waking up to the sound of the waves and the stunning views of the beach made it feel like paradise. The house was clean and well-equipped with what we needed for a relaxing vacation. The open living areas and large windows created a bright, airy atmosphere, and the deck was the perfect spot to watch the sunset every evening. The kitchen has the usual appliances and is open concept, although we did find that having a second oven rack would have been helpful for preparing our Thanksgiving meal. That said, the view while cooking was fantastic! The other suggestion I would make is to consider replacing the mattress in the downstairs bedroom, as it has noticeable wear with two defined spots where you tend to sink in. Despite that, we still had a great week. We truly had a memorable stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful oceanfront retreat. ##### Heidi J. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you needed. Beds were very comfortable, neighborhood was very quiet. We did have an issue with no internet available for the duration which was problematic since I had planned to do some work in our down time. Lower level TV had no connection either, guessing due to same issue. Messaged local rep about the issues and did not get a reply. One other issue was the deck off the driveway has a uneven step down from end to end and caused my wife to fall and severely sprain her ankle which was unfortunate considering it was day 4 of a 8 day trip.
