This VRBO was conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and walkable to the Marsh which is a bird sanctuary. The unit is cozy and is furnished with everything you need. It was located on the second floor. The washer and dryer is off the car port down below and it costs 3.50 to wash and dry a load. Make sure you have plenty of quarters. We found you had to wash the dishes and silverware before using as we discovered some were not clean because there is no dishwasher. We slept very comfortably. Close enough to walk everywhere in arcata, not only that but just a short trip to Trinidad or eureka. 5 minute walk to downtown arcata and farmers market with all the shops, 4 minute walk to the Finnish hot tubs also. The home was very cozy, clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Had everything we needed for the days we stayed. There were plenty of bath towels and the water pressure in the shower was awesome! Very quiet location and safe. Parking was adequate and off the street, the parking has sensored lighting when you pull in which I really liked for late nights. Thank you Larry for your hospitality.
