To be able to be within walking distance of everything within a couple of blocks was awesome. The price was affordable and had many amenities to take advantage of: hot tub, sauna, bikes, grill, pet friendly (a poop bag station), all the little details of being home but somewhere else (or maybe it is home and a great little getaway weekend). It is so perfectly located and quite charming. It’s a great launchpad for exploring HumCo as well a quiet spot if you’re coming to Arcata for R & R. ##### Bonnie N.
