It is surrounded by a large enclosed plot of land. You can park one car in the garden. The living room features a seating area (no TV or Wi-Fi) and a dining area, opening directly onto the terrace. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a stove (oven and hob), dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee maker, and microwave. It comprises two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), providing sleeping space for two people and a wardrobe. A large bathroom. A third bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. A shower room with a toilet. A final "dormitory" bedroom, ideal for children, features two single bunk beds (140 cm), providing sleeping space for four people, and a wardrobe. A separate toilet is also available. A travel cot and a high chair are available. Our pets are welcome. You're located halfway between Arcachon town center and the Moulleau district. The nearest beaches are Pereire and Les Arbousiers, where you can organize picnics or swims with the family. Le Moulleau is ideal for a drink at sunset. A sunny vacation awaits! Deux réserves cependant: à notre arrivée le ménage n'avait pas été fait, ni par les précédents locataires, ni par les prestataires intervenant en pareil cas. Ne pouvant occuper la maison dans l'état où elle se trouvait, il nous a fallu attendre trois heures pour que la remise en état des lieux soit enfin faite. Heureusement, nous avons attendu au bord de la plage! Par ailleurs il est dommage que le jardin soit laissé à l'abandon et que de ce fait on ne puisse en profiter.
