Beautiful one-bedroom apartment with a window offering a partial sea view.  
  
Entrance with a closet, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) facing south, a living room facing east and south with a sofa bed for two, an open-plan kitchenette with a washing machine, microwave, and small refrigerator, a bathroom with toilet, and one outdoor parking space.  
The kitchen opens onto a south-facing terrace.  
  
This apartment is located in the heart of town, close to the beaches, the new market, and shops.  
Final cleaning is included.  
  
Linens are not provided but can be rented. For example, a set of single sheets and towels (90cm): €30 per week; a set of double sheets and towels for two people: €40 per week; a set of queen-size sheets and towels for two people: €45 per week. Discounts are available for longer stays.  
  
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
