Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 34 m² apartment in Arcachon, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Sheets and towels are extra - we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom with double bed  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC   
  
Outside area :  
\- A 7m² balcony with furniture to make the most of sunny days.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Arcachon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Activities :  
\- In the heart of Le Moulleau (you'll find the church of Notre Dame des Passes)  
\- Plage des Arbousiers (where you'll find a children's club and a sailing and surfing club)  
\- Dune du Pyla
