Additionally, there is a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The room has an exit leading to a terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment features an open kitchen equipped with an oven, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a supply of Nespresso capsules for your convenience. The bathroom and a separate WC are also provided. Electric heating is available to ensure your comfort during your stay. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace measuring 8 square meters, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs for your relaxation. You will also have access to a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and a hair dryer for added convenience. Complimentary WiFi is provided, allowing you to stay connected during your vacation. Additionally, a reserved parking space (number 42) under a roof is included in your accommodation.
