### Uncontaminated nature and relaxation
Accommodation consisting of double bedroom, living area with kitchenette and 2-seater sofa bed (mattresses), bathroom with shower, veranda with sea view, barbecue, reserved parking space. Microwave grill, hairdryer, iron, TV, fridge available. Presence of stairs to reach the apartment, not suitable for people with disabilities.
Tourist tax to be paid at check-in, 2 euros per person for a maximum of 10 nights, excluding minors up to 12 years of age and elderly people over 76 years of age.
Served as a small market (only in summer), bazaar, kiosk on the beach with rental of umbrellas, deckchairs and sports equipment, bar pizzeria, restaurant where you can taste excellent local delicacies.
Uncontaminated area, sea reachable on foot in 5 minutes, countless beaches, cliffs, coves, kilometre-long dunes of fine sand (Piscinas) shaped by the mistral and south-westerly winds, crystal clear waters, all surrounded by junipers and hills of Mediterranean scrub where you can spot deer , wild boars, martens, foxes, hares, plovers, martins, hawks, pink flamingos (Sant'Antonio di Santadi) and other protected species.
With your own equipment or for a fee, the following activities are possible in the surroundings of the structure: off-road excursions, quad, dinghy, canoe, SUP, snorkeling, surfing, fishing tourism, trekking, visits to the mining archeology complexes of Montevecchio and Ingurtosu, museum of the knife, festivals, village festivals and much more in a relaxing and welcoming context.
In the 47km of coast of the municipality of Arbus which extends from Capo Frasca to Capo Pecora the main beaches are: S'Enna 'e S'Arca, Pistis, Torre dei Corsari, Tunaria, Portu Sa Murta, Funtanazza, Gutturu 'e Flumini, Campu Sali, Portu Maga, Piscinas, Scivu.

Appartamento posto in un residence, molto confortevole (eravamo in 2). Fronte spiaggia. Le foto dell'inserzione non rendono bene. Bellissima terrazza per pranzare circondati dalle rondini che hanno i nidi sul terrazzo. Pulitissimo.proprietaria disponibilissima. Posto molto comodo per esplorare la costa verde. Chiaramente tuttintorno c'e il nulla. A 100mt c'e un piccolo un market ben fornito. Un bel bar con pizzeria da asporto (puoi mangiare al bar) un bel ristorante e basta. Distributore farmacia ed altro sono a 25km di strada di montagna. La sardegna piu selvaggia insomma. Spiagge grandissime e poco frequentate. Se volete la pace in spiaggia ed anche fuori siete serviti

#### La casa delle rondini
Tutto molto bene. Nessun problema. Grande disponibilità nel check-in anticipato. Accolti dal marito e salutati da Ilaria. C'è più dell'indispensabile per cucinare. Acqua e vino freschi in frigo ed anche un liquore all'arancia. Grande apprezzamento per i bicchieri da vino. A noi che piace il vino sardo nel bicchiere giusto ha più sapore. L'appartamento è fresco e per fotografare tramonti da urlo basta salire 4 scalini. Terrazzo godibilissimo e la grande attrazione le rondini che portano cibo ai piccoli tutto il giorno. Io e Carlo ci siamo persi a guardarle anche per ore.
