"This is a perfectly adequate location from which to explore Mitzpe Ramon. It is not particularly fancy (as others have said, there are no elevators and all rooms require you to carry luggage up the stairs), the rooms are old, and the walls are thin. With that said, it is clean and the staff are kind, the breakfast had many options, and the location is fantastic. We really just used the room to sleep, and what they offered was more than enough."

![Dinner.  An inverted 44 Gallon drum with a spike in the lid.  All the vegetables at the bottom cook in the juices of the chicken.  Since this is basically a massive dutch oven, the chicken is also super tender.  Put the drum on top, seal it up then sit it in coals and put coals on top.
