The apartment is situated on the third floor of a residence without a lift, offering a total surface area of 65 m², including 33 m² with a ceiling height below 1.80 m, and features a south-facing balcony. The sleeping arrangements include a first bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, a second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, and a mezzanine with two single beds that can be joined to form a double. Access to the mezzanine is via a steep staircase, not recommended for children under six. A travel cot is also available. The bathroom includes a shower and the toilet is separate. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, induction hobs, a combined microwave and oven, and a TASSIMO coffee machine.
