50m² apartment a few minutes walk from the center of Les Carroz.  
  
You will be able to enjoy all the amenities while being in the most complete calm for optimal rest.  
  
The property consists of a large living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.).  
  
You can enjoy a spacious balcony with an unobstructed view and its barbecue.  
  
At an altitude of more than 1100m, Les Carroz d'Arâches offers you access to the Grand Massif area (Flaine, Samoens, Morillon...), i.e. 260km of trails in winter and countless trails for hiking in summer. . Located 8km from the motorway, 12km from the train station (Cluses) and 50min from the airport (Geneva).  
  
It will only take a few minutes on foot to get to the lively center of the village. If you want to take thecar, in 2min you will be there. A grocery store is nearby.  
  
The gondolas are nearby, a free shuttle can drop you off (the shuttle stop about 150m from the residence).

#### Propriétaire très sympathique, excellente communication, magnifique emplacement 

Excellente communication avec le propriétaire, description très précise des modalités d’arrivée. L’emplacement est idéal et situé au calme. Malheureusement, des travaux de démolition et d’assainissement de terrain juste en dessous de l’appartement loué ont péjoré quelque peu le séjour. Le propriétaire n’est pas responsable de cette situation. Nous retournerons volontiers à cet endroit lorsque les travaux seront terminés. Nous recommandons vivement le propriétaire qui est très disponible pour toute question.
