« We had a great time! Beautiful room with great amenities! Onsen in balcony was the best thing. Room service was on point and all the staff were very attentive and very very nice! On the way back home on a rainy day one of the female staff kindly came outside and helped me carry suit case in taxi. She kindly told me to get in the car first because it’s raining and she said she will take care of suit case. I am very pleased with this Omotenashi service and I have so much respect and appreciation....

« La propreté des chambres était parfaite. La dimension des chambres était parfaite pour 4 (4 lits pour 2 adultes et 2 ados) Le déjeuner buffet était excellent (japonais et américain). Le spa (onsen/bains) était exceptionnel, ce qui a rendu notre séjour mémorable. Kimonos et pantouffles fournies. Les installations du spa sont récentes, propres, et commodités fournies (shampoing, revitalisant, savons, crème hydratante, soins du visage, etc. Cela terminait la journée de façon vraiment agréable et...

Et l'idée de mettre des boissons gratuitement est un plus important. Un peu cher pour kyoto mais merite son prix. Je recommande vivement pour relaxation et chilling »

« L’endroit est difficile à trouver la première fois , taxi pas capable de nous y conduire , débarquer proche de l’hôtel et on a demander l’aide à 2 locaux , ne savaient pas où c’était , la 3ieme a réussi . Mon chum a renverser une bière sur les lits et on a dû débourser 64$ pour le nettoyage , la chambre est propre mais le restant du bâtiment c’est moyen . On entend les trains et les voisins pour ceux qui ont les oreilles fines mais après 11h tout était calme . Un quartier plus vieux et moins...

« This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself. »

"La propreté des chambres était parfaite. La dimension des chambres était parfaite pour 4 (4 lits pour 2 adultes et 2 ados) Le déjeuner buffet était excellent (japonais et américain). Le spa (onsen/bains) était exceptionnel, ce qui a rendu notre séjour mémorable. Kimonos et pantouffles fournies. Les installations du spa sont récentes, propres, et commodités fournies (shampoing, revitalisant, savons, crème hydratante, soins du visage, etc. Cela terminait la journée de façon vraiment agréable et relaxante! Accessibilité facile avec la gare à côté. "
