Perfect for two families vacationing together, Beach Gum spans two levels. The entry level features two living areas, three bedrooms, a family bathroom with a bath, a separate toilet, and a laundry. The sunlit main living area includes a wall-mounted TV and comfortable couches. The second living space offers an air hockey table and sliding glass doors opening to a fully fenced backyard. Inside the garage, you'll find a Table Tennis table and a Foosball table. The backyard is an entertainer's dream with a designated fire-pit area, outdoor furniture for cooler nights, a lawn for games, and a charming cubby house for children. Firewood can be sourced from Wild Dog Home Timber & Hardware or the Ampol Service Station in Apollo Bay. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area awaits. The kitchen is fully equipped with a commercial Westinghouse oven, a 4-burner gas stove with wok burner, a large walk-in pantry, a family-sized fridge, a Breville Barista Express coffee machine, and a K-Fee pod coffee machine. It also includes stone benchtops, a breakfast bar, a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-slice toaster, a sandwich press, and a slow cooker. The living area upstairs features plush couches and a large Smart TV, while the dining table seats 10 and opens onto a deck with a BBQ and outdoor dining area, perfect for entertaining. The master suite on the upper level boasts a king-size bed, a large en-suite with a shower and twin vanities, and a walk-in wardrobe. Beach Gum is equipped with ducted heating and cooling throughout, floating timber floors, and carpeted bedrooms. Spacious and comfy. Great views. Walk to town. Rain/wind didn't hinder much of the great time we had. So many spaces to sit! We could all chill out in different areas, or all together as a group - which was great as we had a variety of ages. Unfortunately the stick vacuum didn't have enough suck power to properly clean the fur from one of the "guests" which we felt really bad about as we had hoped to leave it as lovely as we found it. ##### Cathy D.
