The living room of the villa with the open plan Kitchen and the dining room is really the area you are going to love. Large sofas in accordance with the modern fully equipped kitchen and the grand dinner table will fulfill all your expectations of luxury living. ✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your likes.  
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.  
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.  
✔ Heated pool is offered for the months April, May and October. The charge of the pool is included in the booking price.  
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.  
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three to four days.  
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.  
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.  
✔ No pets allowed  
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces  
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.

Based in the famous district of Apokoronas in the Chania region, our villa offers a quiet village environment to their guests. From the small hilltop you will have amazing views from the east and the west, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful landscape of Crete!

Very nicely kept property. Quiet location in beautiful surroundings. Gregory could not have been more helpful, and generous with his time. Would highly recommend.

#### Villa Grego ( aka Petra Amanda )

Lovely property. Remote yet well situated for driving to many areas. Tricky to find if arriving particulerly at night as not signposted. Car is essential. Lovely views of the white mountains and surrounding area. Walking distance ( uphill 10 mins ) of a traditional cafenion in the local village of Maza offering warm welcome and traditional home cooking. Villa is beautiful simple well designed and equipped with all you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Host Gregory is hospitable, responsive and contactable when needed. Gave us some great recommendations of things to do. Would certainly recommend for those wanting to kick back and enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by nature

#### Lovely secluded villa

We had a lovely week, although the weather was unusually stormy, we were so grateful to be staying in a beautiful villa up in the mountains. The kitchen was fully equipped, not a utensil missing (there is normally something, but not here). The host was marvelous and provided us with many useful recommendations from points of interest, to wonderful eateries. The garden and grounds were stunning, with pomegranate and citrus trees surrounded by flowering plants. I highly recommend staying, especially if you like quiet and privacy. Main towns of Chania and Rethymno were about 30-40 mins drive away. Both are stunning and well worth a day trip.
