As part of the Greek ecosystem, insects such as cicadas, bees, flies, etc. may be present in the outdoor areas. 5-External visitors require prior approval. 6-The consumption of drugs or engagement in any illegal activity, according to Greek law, is strictly prohibited on the property. 7-Any extra services requested during the stay are subject to additional charges. 8-One baby cot and one high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Any additional items are subject to an extra fee. 9-Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental must not be taken out or transferred from one location to another. 10-Although the PROPERTY is in pristine condition, the OWNER cannot guarantee against failure of heating, air conditioning, WLAN, TVs, satellite receivers, or other appliances. Any inoperative equipment must be reported immediately to the contact person.
