« Charmant hôtel dans un cadre très bucolique : les moutons sont littéralement en face du parking! Très propre, restaurant au top et avec un service impeccable. Salle de sport propre et entretenue. La salle de bain de la chambre simple (lit une place) est plus grande que la chambre elle-même, ce qui est un peu étonnant. Mais la chambre a une porte fenêtre ouvrant sur la nature ce qui est plutôt sympatique. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre mais petit déjeuner inclus. »

« Très joli hotel, idéalement situé en plein centre de la magnifique ville de Rapperswil et à 2 pas du port et du lac, des rues piétonnes. La literie est exceptionnelle! Chambre très propre. Petit déjeuner vraiment trop simple, peu de choix. Et ce qui nous a embêté, c’est le parking: obligé d’être de retour à 23:00, sinon vous ne pouvez plus y accéder! Donc ol vaut mieux parquer la voiture dans la zone non réservée à l’hôtel. »

« J'ai passé une très mauvaise nuit, la chambre n'a pas de climatisation comme c'était indiqué sur l'annonce. Quand j'ai demandé à la directrice, elle me dit ouvre la fenêtre. Pour information l'hôtel est collé à une route très passante et c'est donc très bruyant. Aussi, la propreté de la chambre n'était pas du tout dans les règles de l'art, plein de cheveux par terre et dans la douche. J'ai trouvé des taches sur les draps du lit. »
