I need to describe the unbelievable situation and total lack of service : I booked for a night (28/05/2022) with my husband & 18-months old baby, as it was mentioned baby beds were available. I called few days before coming, to make sure that a baby bed will be available, which had been confirmed and specified on my booking by the lady on the phone. We arrived at 16.30 and asked if the baby bed was here. The lady at reception answered she doesn't know. No baby bed was in the room so i called the reception and the lady answered "we will bring one when we will have time". Ok .... At 17.30 still nothing so i called again. Same answer "we will bring one when we will have time". At 18.30 when we left for dinner still no baby bed, so i have been to the reception to ask if i can take one and bring it to the room by myself. Still the same lady answered "no you cannot, we will bring one when we will have time, by 20.00". (there was no customers waiting at reception, so she doesnt seem very busy). I told her OK but not after as it will already be late for my baby to go to bed. At 20.15 still no baby bed : i went to reception and the same lady was sipping a coke (no customers still ...) and told me i will bring in 15 minutes, now i am too busy. At the end, my baby slept with me, in a single bed (knowing that i am 6-month pregnant so you can imagine how comfortable it was and the night we spent) with the fear all night that he would fall down ... So If you have a baby/kid, think twice!
