we arrived at the beginning of the night and the toilet was faulty all night and we were asked to use the public toilet of the hotel because maintenance was only available after 09:00 am, just before our departure. Plus the lunch was terrible even though I normally never complain about anything and yet I am a gold member

Room was not ready at check in time of 3:00. Place was not busy, so unsure why. Room was huge, but sparsely furnished. Clean. Good lighting in the bathroom, shower was good. Could have used a table in the room. Over all comfortable. Breakfast was not great, few choices, hard boiled eggs were rubbery, maybe reheated, sausage patties were laying in water, never saw that before, didn't try them. Belgian waffle makers were good. No real coffee maker, just the automatic machine, we passed on that. Over all for a one night stay was fine for the price.

The price was reasonable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The carpet, furniture, lighting and tapestries were dated. There are also no blackout curtains on the window, so there’s no way to darken the room during the day, if you want to sleep. Plenty of outlets to plug electronics in, but no USB ports. TV worked fine, but no cable service (all digitally streamed channels). There were a number of channels to choose from, just not many that were appealing to us. The room does have a small refrigerator/freezer and a single cup coffee machine. Bathroom served its purpose. Nothing special in terms of decor. There is a small wall-mounted hairdryer and very small toiletry bottles and soap bars to use in the shower, if you didn’t pack your own. There is no cup to rinse out after brushing your teeth. We were on the second floor and could hear people walking around late at night, in the room above ours. The hallways were relatively quiet. The FREE breakfast was ok. Plenty of drink options. Cereal, yogurt, muffins and toast are available. The sausage patties were rubbery and lacked flavor. Hard boiled eggs were ok, but the only egg option available. There is a make-your-own waffle station, as well. There is a McDonalds a 2-minute walk away, attached to gas station/ convenience store, if you find the breakfast choices appealing. The grounds aren’t appealing from the outside.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Very nicely decorated room. All furniture was in good condition. Bathroom was clean and very nicely updated. But one problem… No cold water. The bathroom sink only had the hot water faucet functioning. The cold faucet did not operate at all. Then there was the noise issue. Not the fault of the hotel. Whoever was in the room above us paced the floor for one hour late at night and started up again at 6 AM. I believe they also snuck a dog in the room because I heard barking in addition to the constant pacing. I reported it to the front desk. The gentleman at the front desk was very concerned and apologetic. He was going to investigate.

We have always found it to be exceptional here. Clean, comfy, lots of hot water. Waffles for breskfast are a nice touch. We do stay here fairly frequently. We did have some things unpleasant we have never experienced before: 1. They changed their tv provider & added "smart" tv since the last time we were there. The channel choices were terrible. At first, we had no channels. The desk clerk had to come up to the room & reset the modem or something. The desk clerk insisted it was much better because we could just stream all our own services (netflix, disney , etc) but there is no way I am ever going to connect my devices/accounts to a hotel tv. Hubby is mobility-impaired & watches tv for entertainment. Having access to NONE of what he watches while there is definitely a downside! 2. On our second night, we could hear the people in the room above us walking back & forth loudly for several hours late at night & very early in the morning. It sounded like an elephant stomping back & forth overhead. And it meant I got only 3 hours of sleep that night. We have never had this there before. We have never felt we had to be careful of what room we might end up in there, but we now have a room number we will refuse to be in there if we book again.

I was in the hot tub suit was nice and comfy, however this suite comes with a small kitchenette but no table to eat on . I think a small table for two would be great to have in this kind of suit. Other than that was a nice room and a nice relaxing stay.
