As you approach, the sleek, modern structure catches your eye—an architectural gem that harmonises with the natural landscape. This spacious retreat is also the first villa on the island to be fully powered by solar energy, adding a meaningful touch to your stay.  
  
Step inside, and you are greeted by an open, airy ground floor where each room flows seamlessly into the next. The fully equipped kitchen leads into an inviting living area, perfect for gathering. The dining room, with space for up to fourteen guests, is flanked by its own secluded courtyard—a peaceful spot for morning coffee or intimate conversations. A multifunctional room offers sea views while doubling as an office and a discreet fold-away gym, ideal for a quick workout. If it’s time to relax, descend to the lower level and discover a home cinema for cosy movie nights. Here, you will also find a wine cellar, a generous laundry room, and a staff bedroom with extra beds.  
  
As you wander through the villa, each bedroom unveils its own private haven. The master suite is exceptional, with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and three terraces that frame sweeping sea views. The guesthouse rooms also invite relaxation, each with en-suite facilities, comfortable desks, and garden or sea views. A dedicated room for younger guests, featuring four stylish bunk beds, provides a fun, communal space that’s perfect for children or teenagers.  
  
Outside, the villa’s charms continue to unfold. A large, inviting conversation pit, seating up to twenty, offers a cosy setting for evening cocktails or relaxed stargazing.
