Aunque me enviaron las instrucciones de ingreso diciendo que los códigos de acceso se activaban a las 3 de la tarde, cuando probamos a ingresar en la puerta de la casa roja, aceptaba el código pero NUNCA se abrió. Probamos varias veces y en diferentes horarios. Nos tuvimos que regresar a la ciudad... Pésima atención pues no hay número de teléfono a dónde llamar en caso de emergencias como éste tipo de situaciones. Tampoco había una persona a quién preguntar ni quién atendiera pues NO hay un escritorio ni recepción. Just the bathroom was small for me especially the sink. I had a hard time brushing my teeth because the sink was small and the wooden tray with the mirror above was bothering me from bending to the sink to spit. Also, they should have labelled the bottles with the shampoo and conditioner. I didnt like the layout with the open room downstairs even though they mentioned nobody was staying in the space during my stay. However, the cleaning staff was using that space during the day. O lugar é lindo, há uma área com cozinha e sala que se pode alugar por um preço bem simbólico e utilizar, que faz o lugar se tornar uma pequena residência. The place was nice for the price. The problem was that Antigua has a late afternoon life. We went out came back at 8:06 and the main door was locked. It is like an apartment. There is noone that can help. I knock, and knocked and knock after a long while this nice guy opened the door.I think he lives inside the property, but not sure. I really got scared. My heart dropped. I do not recomend this place, only for that reason. Expensive as an hotel but NO breakfast nor cleaning service. I had to ask for extra towells at least for the price we deserve some extra towels. And an extra linen because the bed was so hard that i needed to put some quilts over to make it some confortable.
