NEW APARTMENT - LOW INTRODUCTION PRICE Bright apartment with balcony and pool in the area
This bright little apartment in Antibes is near beaches, restaurants and the Old Town.
The apartment has an open-plan living room and kitchen with access to the 16-square-meter balcony. The light shines in over the dining table with room for four people. There is another dining table on the balcony with room for six people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, and kettle.
The bedroom has a double bed that is 180 cm wide. You will also find a small working area with a desk and a chair.
The sofa bed in the living room becomes a 140-cm-wide bed. There is also access to another 90-cm bed.
The bathroom is large and modern, with a washing machine, shower and toilet.
The apartment includes a lovely swimming pool open between May and September. Two sunbeds are available to borrow in the apartment, and there are also chairs by the pool.
If you are a larger party, Riviera4you also rents out a slightly larger apartment on the floor above.
Antibes dates back to antiquity, and in the city centre of the old Antibes, there is a labyrinthine network of streets, alleys and squares. Every day between six in the morning and one in the afternoon, Le Marché Provençal in the old town is full of activity, selling food and other typically French products.
Around Cap d’Antibes runs a nature trail with unique flora and a splendid view.
Several bathing beaches are near the city centre, and the seaside resort of Juan-les-Pins is intermingled with Antibes.
