The area it is full of people living in the street and beggars. The Hotel has a nice restaurant and good rooms but there is not hot water and they have to check always your fridge to find out if you have taken anything. Clean and meets room standards in its class. My negative experience is that they have double charged even though I prepaid online before coming. It was impossible to communicate with the front desk. Although I shared my receipts, altough I showed the booking papers, Although hotels com tried to communicate and furthermore although my friend from Madagascar tried to explain face to face in their language they didnt understand. Dont rely on they are reading the emails, they dont! We have agreed that they would arrange airport shuttle. No one showed up, I had to take a taxi. We have agreed on having breakfast only 15 minutes before than usual, but I couldnt get breakfast although they confirmed one day before. Some Minor negatives: I couldnt have hot water (maybe priming takes time).. So communication is a big problem. There is a staff member at the front door to ensure security. They give you a Wi-Fi access note when you check in. The air conditioning in the room works fine and the refrigerator works. I booked through Expedia and was not double charged as seen in the reviews. The price is reasonable for 6560 yen including breakfast. The analakely market is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. It is a cheap hotel with very good qualities! Comfortable nice rooms, good service, good wifi, safety. The breakfast did not have the greatest selection, and despite having "breakfast included" we were forced to pay extra when we asked for eggs.
