Secluded on a private road with garage/rec room, large back deck, lower patio overlooking hillside with grill, outdoor shower, dog run and wash - perfect back yard! - bring the pups!  
  
Rec room \[attached garage\] designed specifically for gatherings, games and TV - store your gear, kayaks, bikes, and other equipment!  
The space  
Located in the "Oldakers Place" homestead property along the Midland Trail in Ansted, this newly updated home is situated at the end of the private road - the home offers a large secluded back deck and lower patio area that overlooks the hillside and a small creek, grill and supplies are provided, tables and seating provided, outdoor shower, secured dog run and dog wash area! - amazing private back yard!  
  
The attached garage is designed and outfitted specifically for gatherings, includes games, TV, darts and more! This space is great for securely storing motorcycles, kayaks, bikes, climbing gear and any other equipment you may have!  
  
Pet friendly! - With secure porch area and fenced and dedicated dog run attached to the back of the home...and a spacious front yard and even larger common areas if you prefer walking!  
  
Newly remodeled home with spacious open living room to kitchen area with a 50" fire TV, comfortable furniture, dining table and desk/work area...the laundry room is complete with washer and dryer and includes all the necessities and more!  
  
Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need for preparing meals. Complete cookware, also includes crock pot, blender, mixer, coffee pots, toaster, and much more. New appliances, double oven - Large spa-like bathroom with amazing full shower and plenty of extras...  
  
The master bedroom holds a king sized bed and sitting area, the other bedroom a queen - and there is a full sized roll-a-way tucked into one of the closets. Each bedroom has fully equipped closets with places for luggage, storage, bedrooms also have hampers, ceiling fans/lights, lamps and USB ports and emergency lighting...and smart fire TVs  
  
Additional linens and towels are provided for quests, and a well stocked supply of common necessities and sometimes forgotten/requested items are available and accessible to all guests.

Secure back porch with a dedicated \[fenced\] dog run attached to the back of the home and porch...and a spacious front yard and large common area on the property if you prefer walking them...  
  
Outdoor shower and dog wash area is provided! - please we ask only that well cared for and housebroken pets to be in care of their responsible owner(s) at all times...
