There are unique features and aspects to the house. Nice area to park in rear of property with lower level entrance. The bedrooms are good size and can accommodate 8 people easily. Small but functional kitchen. The woodwork and colors are nice throughout. Un tapped potential to convert half bath downstairs into a full with storage room behind it.
