Bring the whole family to this great home with lots of room for fun: \- GAMEROOM with a new 7 ft pool table, a ping pong table, foosball, Dart board, Corn hole, Tabletop Pac-Man game with Galaga and 3 other games, Hookie and children’s dart board and several other family classics games which makes for a great place for all the family to spend some quality time together. \- Spacious kitchen with new cabinets and countertops, stainless appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave and have plenty of pots and pans and kitchen utensils to prepare a home cooked meal. \- We also furnish several smaller appliances including a blender, toaster oven, a single iced coffee maker and a Keurig coffee pot which is located on a very convenient coffee bar that has all the condiments you need to fix your coffee. \- 4 Roomy Bedrooms with 2 Kings and 1 Queen bedroom upstairs and the downstairs bedroom has two beds in it (one full and one twin bed )and there is a second living room and a full bathroom on that bottom floor as well. All the bedrooms are nice and roomy with 3 bedrooms located upstairs and one downstairs. \-There are 3 full bathrooms ( 2 being upstairs and one downstairs) including a master bathroom with a new vanity, new toilet and a walk-in shower, the hall bath with a tub /shower combo with a new vanity and toilet and the downstairs bathroom with a tub/shower combo with a new toilet and vanity.
