Just steps from everything.
Annecy is a beautiful mid evil city, and this apt. was right in the middle of everything!! We were there for the autumn festival (2nd Saturday in October) the parade was just out the front steps!

Perfect Stay in Annecy
This was our second time staying in Le Warens, and once again it was absolutely perfect. The apartment is only a five minute walk from the train station, yet it is right in the heart of everything, in the middle of the old town, and right along the Thiou. The apartment is so charming and comfortable, and spotlessly clean! The bedroom is fairly large with a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower is great. The sitting room (which also has a foldout sofa-bed) is so cozy and has a wonderful view onto the rooftops above and the Thiou below. We couldn't think of a better place to stay in Annecy, and we will definitely be back again.

Lovely place in a great location
We had a great stay. Dominique was very easy to communicate with, and helpful. The location is right in the heart of Annecy, an easy walk to everywhere, and the apartment was roomy and had everything we needed. I recommend it highly!

Great apartment in the heart of Annecy
This apartment was very clean, as described in the listing. Dominique was a great host. She met us during check in and explained everything about the apartment, the town and answered any questions we had. Check out process was easy as well. The location of this apartment was perfect - in the heart of old town Annecy - with a coffee shop just downstairs as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.

Perfect location overlook the canal. Cute little apartment with fully equipped kitchen.
We stayed three nights. The owner is very helpful and the place has a nice view over the canal. There are markets just below the buildings and many restaurants nearby.

Weekend Trip to Annecy
This was one of the cleanest Vrbo properties I’ve stayed at and was very spacious for my girlfriend and I. Perfect location as well. Would highly recommend booking this property for your visit in Annecy!
