Oct 28, 2025 #### Appartement sale et bruyant ! Très très sale! Le ménage en profondeur n'a pas été fait depuis longtemps. Nous avons trouvé la vaisselle sale dans les tiroirs, sous l'évier les casseroles et le reste sont entassés sans être rangés, c'est sale! Des toiles d'araignées partout, de la saleté derrière le canapé et le lit. Le sol n'a pas vu une serpillière depuis un moment. La vue sur les montagnes est galvaudée! La vue est sur la rocade et les travaux. Très très bruyant! On a l'impression que les voisins sont dans l'appartement. La rocade est très bruyante aussi. Le parking privatif est apprécié. Les modalités d'accueil sont bien précisées et efficaces. Cependant la propreté de l'appartement est moyenne, des portes ne ferment plus, la batterie de cuisine est insuffisante (nous avons dû acheter des petites cuillères), absence d'alèse sur le lit (donc matelas sale), un demi rouleau de papier wc, aucun volant d'ingrédients pour faire la cuisine. Généralement dans un gîte nous trouvons un petit geste pour accueillir les clients comme des capsules de café , un paquet de gâteaux voire une bouteille de vin. Eu égard au prix de la location, la qualité de l'accueil n'est pas au rendez-vous. Enfin cet appartement est éloigné du centre ville et l'itinéraire pour le rejoindre est insignifiant et sans intérêt.
