Il est très bien localisé pour pouvoir accéder facilement au lac, au centre ville. Il y a à proximité des supérettes pour faire des courses et plusieurs restaurants. Le plus est la place de parking souterrain mais attention il ne faut pas une voiture trop grosse sinon vous risquez de ne pas pouvoir ressortir (taille max 3008).
