The apartment has a well-equipped open kitchen with an integrated central cooking island. The adjoining living room has a cozy sofa and TV and is seamlessly connected to the garden and terrace through large bay windows. Both bedrooms have French windows for direct access to the garden. Outside, a delightful covered terrace and small enclosed garden with raised vegetable beds provide a peaceful retreat. Free parking is available on the street and the residence also offers a small private parking lot with no reserved spaces.
