It was a short walking distance from all of the sights in old town, restaurants, and the lake. Jean-Philippe is a great host who was very helpful! You can park in the Sainte-Claire parking garage (closest one to the apartment) and put your ticket in the pay station machine and pre-pay for a 2, 3, or 5 day parking pass. Less than ten minute walk from the train station. We tried to get there relying on memory of the map directions and were turned around in the old town. But even though we were about 15 minutes later than expected arriving at the apartment, Isabelle graciously greeted us. She provided information about the apartment and showed us a virtual library of maps and brochures containing things to do in and around Annecy. Appartement was niet schoon bij aankomst. We zaten er 6 nachten, hadden 2 handdoeken en een theedoek. Er is een wasmachine maar geen rek om je was op te hangen. 's-Avonds op het balkon zitten kon ook niet want dan zat je in de kook- en bakluchten van de zaken eronder. Geen mes om je vers gekochte stokbrood te snijden en dat bedoel ik dus met net niet. Ligging was perfect, je kan overal te voet naartoe. Parkeren is betaald in de parkeergarage dichtbij het appartement. Jul 27, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Très bien situé et propre C'est un joli petit appartement, très propre et très bien situé dans une des rues piétonnes de la vieille ville mais côté jardin donc très calme. Il y a plein de restaurants et boutiques dans la rue, ainsi que le marché certains jours et le lac est à 5 minutes à pied. On peut sortir seul sans danger. ##### Sylvaine G.
