The property is located within walking distance of all of Kenmare's activities, restaurants, and shops. The kitchen is well-appointed and the bedrooms and bathrooms extremely comfortable. It truly felt like we were visiting our artistic aunt's house with beautiful art and attention to design in every room. »

The Lodge was beautifully presented, very comfortable, clean and modern, with bifold doors and great outdoor space. « We really enjoyed Elizabeth’s home. The views were wonderful, the home relaxing and comfortable. The walk into town was easy- although the walk back up the hill was challenging ( no fault of Betty’s haha) The location couldn’t have been better for the day excursions and it’s nice to be able to leave and return at will. « A very nice cottage with a real seaview. Everything you need is in the cottage. Beds are comfortables, the kitchen is very well equipped. The cottage is situated on the Ring of Kerry. The village of Sneem is only 10 minutes away by car. In the area you can do nice walks. Go to Derrynane for instance for a walk. When you are there, take a boat trip on the Atlantic Ocean and Kenmare Bay, if you are lucky, like we were, you will get to see dolphins! »

« We were a family of 4 people and stayed 3 wonderful weeks at the cottage. The house was spacious (and big enough to welcome up to 8 peoples with 4 large rooms), luminous; very well equiped with an amazing view on the lake. Thank you to Kathleen and her husband who were perfect hosts. We had a great time ! »

« We chose this house so we could visit Skellig Island. Sadly, the trip was cancelled due to stormy weather but we didn't mind too much as the house was such a pleasure to hunker down in! We used our downtime to catch up on showers, laundry, rest, and relaxation before resuming our tour around Ireland. It was a lovely house with plenty of room to spread out, watch Banshees of Inisherin, and eat take away from Dooley's in our PJs. « The location is beautiful and feels set apart despite being so close to services and the incredible drives and towns on the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. Everything would be 5 stars except there was a little musty smell, likely coming from the carpets and perhaps older furnishings in LR. It was wonderful to have 2 lovely bathrooms, a very comfortable king bed, laundry, and a sparkling kitchen. We did have problems communicating with the host, despite international roaming -- but that's not...
