Location, location, location! It was walkable to everything. The host was responsive. It was fun to stay in a piece of history and wonder who had lived there when it was new construction. The only down side was the “sensitive” fridge. The alarm on the fridge was beeping when we arrived so we had to figure this out as soon as we walked in. The bonus is there is a parking space--just leave your car and walk to all of downtown Annapolis. Bathroom & kitchen are practically brand new. The location is ideal for anything you’re doing near the waterfront or downtown. The home itself has the basics, with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The host was responsive and friendly. A couple of issues to note - it is pretty bare bones. We needed to buy dishwasher tab, hand soap for the downstairs half bath, and a fresh sponge for the kitchen as the one that was left was used and smelly. There were no extra towels though the host did offer to drop some by. And finally as can be an issue on the east coast we did have a few cockroaches and the kitchen trash bin had signs of a larger infestation. The host did offer to have pest control out right away, but we ultimately made the decision to check out early at our own expense. Which was unfortunate given how expensive the place was to begin with. ##### Dianna B.
