And don't worry about packing too much, as the washer and dryer are at your disposal. Two of the bedrooms also offer desks and seating in the event one or more guests require a private area to work. The neighborhood offers multiple water access points and a community beach (beach requires resident parking pass). The massive Quiet Waters Park is located directly next to Hillsmere Shores and can be accessed without leaving the neighborhood. Quiet Waters Park offers many trails, overlooks, pavilions, kayak launches, art exhibits, summer concerts, and beaches - a wonderful place to take a walk, bike ride, or car ride ($6/day per vehicle.
