The neighborhood offers multiple water access points and a community beach (beach requires resident parking pass). The massive Quiet Waters Park is located directly next to Hillsmere Shores and can be accessed without leaving the neighborhood. Quiet Waters Park offers many trails, overlooks, pavilions, kayak launches, art exhibits, summer concerts, and beaches - a wonderful place to take a walk, bike ride, or car ride ($6/day per vehicle. The house is even better than it looks in the photos. We spent the majority of our time in the lower level family room with a gas fireplace, TV and many games (the ring game was our favorite!).
