Sunset Shore has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The main floor bathroom features a tub with newly remodeled surround; the second and third bathrooms upstairs include luxurious fully tiled showers. The bedrooms are designed for comfort and include a king bed in the Primary Bedroom and Bedroom 2, a queen bed in Bedroom 3, and a full-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle in Bedroom 4. Additionally, there is a comfy queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room.

Other Details to Note:
Starter rolls of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided, plus dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent as well as travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body wash. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.

The pool is heated from approximately mid-October to Easter and is set at 85 degrees. During especially colder weather, we are unable to guarantee that the pool can maintained to the desired temperature.

Driveway parking includes up to 2 vehicle + a golf cart. There is street parking as long as all 4 wheels are off the pavement in designated parking zones.

Dogs 25lbs or less are welcome; a $175 Pet Fee is required; no dangerous breeds allowed and no more than 2 dogs. Dogs that are not disclosed will result in additional cleaning charges to your reservation.
