Séjour de 5 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Jennelle M. 19 juin 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Great location, but had some issues The house was perfect for our family and in a great spot to easily get to the beach. The a/c unit started leaking through the ceiling the first night we were there. I reported the leak and they sent maintenance fairly quickly to fix the issue. We were only able to stay 2 of the 6 nights we booked because we received a call from our vet letting us know our dog wasn’t doing well and would need to be put down. I sent an email to the management company to let them know the situation and that we were checking out early. We did not receive an email in return. I emailed them the next day again to let them know I left my Dyson air dryer and asked if someone could mail it to me. After two days without a response, I emailed again. I then received a response and worked with someone at the office to get the hair dryer mailed out and provided a shipping label. That was over two weeks ago now and I still have not received my hair dryer. The tracking says it never shipped. Everything was great except the lack of response / follow up with the management company. ##### Jennelle M.
