Welcome to the newly 2025 renovated and updated Maritime Memories! This north-end 3 bedroom plus den multi level home is just a flip flop walk away from the white, sandy beaches by the prestigeous North end. Enjoy your next vacation on Anna Maria Island at Maritime Memories which offers plenty of room for a large family featuring two living areas and 4 sleeping rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with king and queen on the ground level sharing the hall bathroom and another king bedroom plus a den with a full size bed. The house comfortably sleeps 8 people.   
 Relax by the pool and spa surrounded by tropical landscaped for well deserved privacy.

 After a long day at the beach, head back to Maritime Memories and take advantage of its beautiful outdoor scape. Enjoy the outdoor shower to rinse off any sand and then take a dip in the crystal-clear private heated pool! There is a gas grill and multiple outdoor dining spots to enjoy a bite to eat in a beautiful, tropical landscape. Take in sunset on Bean Point, a short walk from Maritime Memories.  
  
 The Maritime Memories is a dog friendly property. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per reservation. Short stays are not pro-rated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.   
  
 The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86 F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.   
  
 There are parking spaces for three cars available at Maritime Memories.  
  
 Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

#### Location a plus, price ok, house not up to standard

The good: the house had 4 bedrooms (listed at 3, one "den" had a full bed also), two living areas were nice to have, pool was nice, quick 5-7 min walk to Anna Maria and Bean Point Beaches, has washer and dryer (in garage), large new refrigerator, dishwasher, beach towels, very easy check-in/out process, lots of dishes/pans/utensils Not so good: the general upkeep of the home was lacking - missing light covers in bathroom and garage/laundry, bathroom faucet installed incorrectly so cold water was nearly impossible to use, burnt out light bulbs, battery hanging out of window alarm, furniture worn/sagging in front living room, grill was rickety, etc. Note: The renting agent was responsive and did offer to come over and address some of these issues however we did declined as we did not want to be disturbed for things that should have been maintained ahead of our stay. There are no cooking basics such as salt/pepper, oil, etc. This may be a local regulation but we've always had these provided at other VRBO locations so wanted others to know that nothing is there so if you will be cooking, you will need to bring everything. Note there is a local regulation for door alarms on the door that goes to the pool - this alarm is annoying to have to bypass each time you go in and out the door to the pool. There is no button on the outside of the door so if you come into the house the ear-piercing alarm sounds and you have to reach around and push the bypass.
