If the season is right, you won't have to look long for crabs, sting rays and huge snook swimming freely right off your dock! Amid flowering vines and palm fronds, is a sparkling pool. Want to explore? This home provides two paddleboards! Need a break from the sun? Move into the shade for some ping pong, or a cool one at the outside bar. A large dining table with eight chairs, comfy couch and double rocker plus barbeque all make entertaining al fresco a cinch. The front porch is all Florida plantation-style with porch swings and two old-fashioned rocking chairs.

The romantic and private master bedroom has a sea-blue king size four poster bed, private bathroom plus boasts a view of the Tampa Bay beach. A nautical-inspired bedroom features a queen bed with Ralph Lauren linens, a third bedroom has a king bed plus vivid coral furnishings while a fourth bedroom features two pretty-in-pink twin beds. A fifth bright and colorful bedroom is furnished with twin-over-twin bunk beds and a third hall bathroom accommodates a houseful of guests and children. Each of the three adult bedrooms has a flat screen TV, plus a high definition TV, VCR and stereo in the living room. Cable, wireless and free long distance will keep you connected. Three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower makes vacationing in a group even more fun.

PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
