Escape to one of Anna Maria Island’s most private sanctuaries for the senses. Bright and cheery- and so so beachy. Kingfish is in the heart of Anna Maria Island. Down a sandy path past two houses is Tampa Bay Beach plus a playground. Only a stroll north is the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico and famous Bean Point. Outside is where the action is with a heated pool, a putt putt golf course, and a large wrap around deck plus a private dock. You will enjoy the glowing sunrise and sunsets each day, tropical breezes and if you are lucky---dolphin and manatee sightings. If the season is right, you won't have to look long for crabs, sting rays and huge snook swimming freely right off your dock! Amid flowering vines and palm fronds, is a sparkling pool. Want to explore? This home provides two paddleboards! Need a break from the sun? Move into the shade for some ping pong, or a cool one at the outside bar. A large dining table with eight chairs, comfy couch and double rocker plus barbeque all make entertaining al fresco a cinch. The front porch is all Florida plantation-style with porch swings and two old-fashioned rocking chairs. The romantic and private master bedroom has a sea-blue king size four poster bed, private bathroom plus boasts a view of the Tampa Bay beach. A nautical-inspired bedroom features a queen bed with Ralph Lauren linens, a third bedroom has a king bed plus vivid coral furnishings while a fourth bedroom features two pretty-in-pink twin beds. A fifth bright and colorful bedroom is furnished with twin-over-twin bunk beds and a third hall bathroom accommodates a houseful of guests and children. Each of the three adult bedrooms has a flat screen TV, plus a high definition TV, VCR and stereo in the living room. Cable, wireless and free long distance will keep you connected. Amenities like the dock, paddleboards, heated pool and spa were used daily! We even saw manatees off the dock. The walk to bean point is so easy and it’s super close to the shops on Pine Ave. The property managers were super responsive (even on 4th of July). We had an incredible stay. ##### Colleen S. After settling in we discovered a few minor issues we had to work through, including, Pool pump/spa not functioning properly, pool was dirty, locating correct TV remotes, limited silverware for our group of 6 adults, 2 3 year olds and 2 younger than 18 months.We discovered that the vast majority of amenities were very basic, least expensive products. Grill worked but not very well. Fishing rod lines were knotted and not usable. Outdoor lights broken, not replaced, ping pong table in disrepair, etc. Our family had a great time, but seemed to constantly have smill issues come up that we're not needed. We called regarding the pool and maintenance man was VERY responsive. Resolved initial problem, but spa did not function correctly. Pool company came up the next morning and cleaned pool, but had to return after we complained about debris on bottom of pool. Shade over pool was great, but some of the trees constantly dropped buds into pool and required me to use the net with holes it multiple times a day just to stay ahead. Not what I wanted to do on vacation but it was a simple task. Paddle boards were fun, but again, lack of quality products disappointed us. 1 paddle would extend to adjust to height while the other paddle did not and made it difficult to use. A/C worked great, but we did discover mold in upstairs guest bathroom. Master Bath had been renovated. Vanity too small. ##### Rose W. There were five bedrooms so plenty of room for everyone. Having a pool kept the grandkids happy and our grandson loved fishing from the dock on the back of the property. The house was very spacious and had a beautiful pool and two huge porches, one in the front and one in the back. Everything we needed for the kitchen was provided. The beds were comfy. The house was clean. I wish it had been listed that pool towels were on site, it would have saved us a little suitcase room. The only issue was the master bedroom had an unusually small sink that fit in the corner which made it very difficult to use especially when brushing your teeth. Very hard to spit lol. The location was great, the pool was great, the hot tub was great! We saw a manatee in the canal out back and caught a few fish. We really just had a great time! Thanks KingFish ##### Amy L. It was clean, fully stocked with all the necessities and we used the pool and dock every day! Very convenient location to the bay and the gulf sides and we enjoyed walking to Bean Point and both piers! We will definitely be back!! ##### Ronda D. It was the perfect size for everyone with plenty of room. We enjoyed the porch seating as well. I was expecting the place to be a little cleaner but over all it was very nice. We enjoyed the pool everyday, all day when we weren’t on the beach. I would suggest getting a golf cart or bikes as the walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes. We enjoyed the stay however the house needs a deep cleaning (stains all over couches, dirty window seals, floors dirty). The pool area was a little disappointing as it was very dirty and the bar area was extremely filthy. Could be a nicer place with some updates and sprucing up. ##### Debbie S. Two sets of single beds in two separate bedrooms was nice. The rug in the Master bedroom was brutal on the bare feet. It's an outdoor rug and out of place in the bedroom. Cushions on outdoor furniture would have been nice. The pool area/outdoor bar area was not ready for guests. We called and property manager was great sending someone out to clean it up for us. The dishes, pots and pans were all filthy. Every bit of kitchen ware had to be re-washed. However, it was delightful. ##### Cindy E.
